Here’s the deal

- We offer wholesale accounts for boutiques, spas, gift shops and other brick and mortar establishments with a valid business license. We are not accepting any accounts for online sellers at this time.
- You must have an approved wholesale account to see wholesale pricing.
- Opening wholesale orders must be a minimum of $200.00 at wholesale pricing. All reorders must be a minimum of $100.00 at wholesale pricing.
- Complimentary ground shipping within the US on orders of $500+
- Due to the nature of our made-to-order, hand-crafted and small batch production, all opening and re-orders require full payment before we release any products. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Our products are preservative-free (excepting the natural preservative in the Mint + Green Tea Scrub), so all products must be kept out of the sunlight and heat for maximum longevity. Not following product guidelines can greatly reduce the freshness, aroma, and shelflife of the product.
- For large soap orders, there is a potential lead time of 4 weeks, depending on size. On all other products and smaller soap orders, plan for anywhere between 7-14 days to ship.
- A valid Credit Card needs to be kept on file for every account.
Due to the nature of our product, there are no returns or refunds on bath and body products. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and provide a picture of the damaged package and product.
We are only offering wholesale to retailers in the US and Canada at this time.
