Orders and Shipping

Shipping Policy

Orders ship between 2-3 business days after payment. Once processed, we ship via two UPS options:

  • UPS Ground- Pricing is calculated by approximate weight of the package; shipping times may vary, but delivery time is typically within 5 business days.
  • UPS Three-Day Select- Pricing is calculated by approximate weight of the package; shipping times may vary, but delivery time is typically within 3 business days.

We do not add any additional handling fee to our shipping charges. What you see is directly calculated and collected by UPS.

You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are not shipping internationally at this time.


Incorrect items or orders not received

If your order does not contain the items you ordered or your items were damaged in transit, please notify FOLK Botanicals about the issue within 48 hours at orders@folbotanicals.com. If there was damage to the product we will happily send you a replacement, however, we require a picture of the damage. This helps us to refine and perfect our shipping process. We will do everything we can to make things right and want you to be 100% satisfied with your products and our customer service!

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with the items you purchased please contact us within 30 days of receipt at orders@folkbotanicals.com and tell us about it. One thing to keep in mind is that our products are natural and made in small batches so there will be some slight variations in the form and colors of these products (although formulas never change). Returns processed within 30 days will be given a store credit, minus shipping costs.  Please note that there must be at least 50% of the product left at the time of the return.

We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. We will also not be able to refund purchases that were made from our stockists.

FOLK Botanicals is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
