Directions

Diffuser:  If using a water-based, mist diffuser, use anywhere from 5-10 drops of the essential oil blend depending on the size of the room you’re diffusing into as well as the time setting on your diffuser.  For a clay diffuser, use 5 drops per diffusion.

10 ml Rollerball or dropper bottle: Add 6 drops of the essential oil blend (3% dilution) along with your favorite carrier oil (we love jojoba, sweet almond and coconut oil) and apply to pulse points.

Keep lid tightly closed. Store at room temperature, away from sunlight.
